The contact feature is very bad

As a recruiter I cannot get the contact number of the applicant and it’s very difficult to call the applicant what is the point of the platform if I can’t call the candidate

Even after paying they show u fake candidates

No contact number or email I’d is shown even after paying … avoid this app

Arrogant and Rude Service Staff

I registered and I got retail invoice instead of GST. I email and no response in 8 days. I called and the customer care rep Sayan said no email received. He seemed in no mood of help. Email Id confirmed, resent and email sent from different Id as well. But same response no email received. Tone was not rude and leaving me helpless. After pushing he said I will email you. Until that he kept saying I haven’t received anything. Didn’t have the courtesy even after requesting to check with tech department.

Received limited that too irrelevant profiles .waste of time & money .no proper response on customer care number
