The contact feature is very bad

As a recruiter I cannot get the contact number of the applicant and it’s very difficult to call the applicant what is the point of the platform if I can’t call the candidate

Arrogant and Rude Service Staff

I registered and I got retail invoice instead of GST. I email and no response in 8 days. I called and the customer care rep Sayan said no email received. He seemed in no mood of help. Email Id confirmed, resent and email sent from different Id as well. But same response no email received. Tone was not rude and leaving me helpless. After pushing he said I will email you. Until that he kept saying I haven’t received anything. Didn’t have the courtesy even after requesting to check with tech department.

Waste of Money

This app is pathetic, even after purchasing classified subscription received only 1 candidate in 2 days, whereas in indeed even on free version you get 4-5 candidate sin 2 days and in APNA at 800rs per job you get atleast 6-10 candidates in 2 days. Also Naukri charge extra for searching candidate whereas the other app don’t charge the same. Feeling that I wasted my money in this pathetic app.

Not worth a single penny

Worst app for an employer , no customer support . Tried contacting their customer service twice but they got me to hold the call and then after a few mins cut the call. Not able to edit the job posted as well. Over all useless app and useless platform

Pathetic app

Everytime to open the app i need to delete and install the app in Ios. This is being happening from last 10 days. Pathetic

Not Working

Although it’s a good application user friendly
But since 2-3 days it is creating a lot of problems
In every 1-2 hr I have to delete the app and again download it as it is not working properly and simply giving the black screen after sometime of use
