Always crashes, multiple issues for the cost of this junk set up, I love going to do my time and have to reload from the beginning go through several steps to get to the work order I’m working on. This app is a joke. 8/13/26. App still crashes all the time. Can’t believe you have over 4 stars. Will continue to update about how you can’t fix the crashing problem

Problem to Adding more options
We have problems to add more options to the original Version
So rigid. Awful customer service
Extremely rigid program. Impossible to get help unless you pay extra for dedicated support. Constantly promise the moon. Constantly under deliver. Very hard to onboard and set up.
They went public
What else is there to say? We’ve been asking for simple features like the ability to upload a resident photo in the photo space for over a decade yet all they do is add features that nobody wants that makes it look like they’re doing something. and then, of course, there are the endless pricing increases to satisfy their shareholders. Shame.

This system is severely over-engineered. The support team barely qualifies for a participation ribbon.
If you want to stay productive and have timely turn around on support issues, you would be much better off using an etch-a-sketch.

Worst app I’ve ever used
For some reason my company chose this platform and it’s one of the worst decisions they could have made. Between the site constantly crashing and things never loading, it’s a complete mess. The search mechanism is the worst of all. I can go on for days, but just now that you’re dodging a bullet if you don’t go this route.

Mixed results
The software is good overall but has some major flaws. Specifically with anything related to proper GAAP accounting. There are also so many features that could be added that aren’t getting done. The company seems to be focusing a lot of effort on getting more fees.

We are noticing lagging now where we didn’t have it before.
Auto rotation to landscape view does not work
Since updating iOS and Appfolio mobile, the Auto rotation to view the app in landscape does not work. I’ve worked through Verizon’s Tech Coach to troubleshoot including uninstalling/reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, resetting network settings, verifying iOS settings (auto lock display). Other apps seem to auto rotate without issue.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Sign in is a drag
I like the app, with the exception of signing in. Every time I click on the app, it wants to text me a code to sign in. Password is never enough. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve clicked “remember this device for 30 days”. Doesn’t matter. Wants to text me a code to sign in constantly. So annoying. I hate using this app on my mobile because of it.

App freezing
App Leo’s freezing after each section when trying to do inspections very inconvenient for a busy season for property managment comenirr
Works most of the time but..
FREEZES during inspections constantly. Drives me crazy. Can’t even complete one inspection without the app freezing 20 times.
Also information is spread out too much. AND when sending approval requested the data limit for photo attachments is 18 mb. I have to create a google folder and add the link for each estimate request.
