I’ve never had a problem with optimum until I started seeing Verizon trucks working in my area. And offering $65 a month for 5 years. Please fix this problem before I switch

App ever so often have issues.
First off the optimum service internet service is not good. I’m def. Switch back to Verizon. And the app itself is not bad but it goes down ever so often.
Lack of service
I have been an Optimum customer for a long time. I recently dropped Optimum TV because the channels wouldn’t load. I kept the internet service. But since then the internet has gone off several times and sometimes freezes up when watching shows on apps. It seems like the quality of the internet has declined. Very disappointing.
