Mostly been stable lately but they had some noticeable bugs and calling Kia support is about as useful as pray to the Sun God. When the subscription expires there is exactly zero chance id pay for the service.

Sometimes it wants to work sometimes it doesn’t so then it makes it not reliable
Terrible experience and support
This app is not good. Digital key stoped working randomly and customer service says not my problem we can tow it. Feature only work half the time DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE.
