Worse service ever
Every single day internet connection goes down then you spend the best part of the day trying to get it back, technicians don’t even know what to do, yesterday even sent me to get a new router 30 miles away and still today same issue

Got the WiFi and phone plan with my wife it’s been terrible if the WiFi is going out so is the data on my phone you’d be lucky to get 2 minutes on your phone no wonder they try to sell those packages that sound too good to be true BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ITS BEEN GARBAGE SINCE IVE HAD IT

Poorly Designed App and Bad Service
App is very poorly designed and quite clunky to use. You cannot access all of the features on the app so you will still need your login on a computer. The Optimum internet service itself is very shoddy. There are very frequent outages, the service is unreliable and they charge you $100 for a tech to come out.

Stay away from this company. Unreliable service. Only want your money and slow roll you on problems
App doesn’t even function
For some reason this app just won’t work at all. It refuses to move forward when scanning the QR code for the self setup, or continue trying to do it manually, or even letting me log in. I have to go to website in order to log in or use my roommates android phone to access details. Please fix it. If it helps, I have an iPhone 16 pro max
