Lame app like the service
App asks you to log back in after every single click it seems. No outage detector or ability to post one. Just a lame app honestly. Their fiber service is only slightly better as it goes out an average of 5 times a month. I’m switching providers asap. Cheaper ain’t always better.
They don’t stand behind anything
Terrible company, unless you want your property damaged, I would stay far far away from them, and I will sing it to the rooftops

Billing me for whole house WiFi extenders when I never received that service. Took me 45 min and 3 different people to understand

Terrible internet provider. Goes down MULTIPLE times a day and they are ZERO help.
