2FA not needed with app
It’s an app. On my phone. Already secured. I don’t need nor want 2FA in this case. On your website? Sure. But NOT on the app.
Great fiber internet
I am really impressed w/the fiber internet. Never had any problems with internet from century link to brightspeed. No disconnections or interruptions ever
Can not log in
It has been months now that I have been trying to log into my account. I have done everything from change usernames to passwords, and it still will not let me get into my account. I am tired of paying the extra money it cost to pay to talk to someone this is ridiculous. This app is BS. I will be looking for a different Internet as well.

Can’t even Pay bills
This app is absolute garbage. This app doesn’t even have a button that allows you to pay a bill. I have been trying to pay an overdue bill since yesterday because their autopay doesn’t work correctly. And their system is so screwed up that it’s impossible to simply PAY without actually talking to someone on the phone.
