App Fail
You can’t even log in to the app. Says email or password is invalid when it’s saved to my phone! Reset my password, said I was good to go and tried to log in and failed. This is probably the worst internet provider I have had and I’m not happy with it.
Has centurylink returned
This is starting to feel like the previous provider. So many outages and feels as if there is no timely resolve to the outage.

Agreed to 29.99 a month, bill states 49.99 again!
