Just about everytime I open the app it tells me “There was a delay” and I can’t do anything with it. I need this function due to my children being homeschooled. If the app works correctly then I could turn off the internet to their games until chores and schoolwork is completed. I never had issues with the xfinity app not working. This is very disappointing

Not Working

App not working. I get a glimpse of the opening screen and then it is blank. All options say There is a delay…. I saw there was an update and downloaded it. Still not working.

App support is useless. Log in to what Calix account? I don’t have one.

Whatever they did they broke it. It doesn’t work anymore. Horrible.

This app sucks horribly at completing any task. Randomly doesn’t do what you ask it to do, and horribly lags.
