Does not work
Does not update, bright speed goes out constantly. And this is supposed to tell you about your services and it does nothing. “There was a delay please try again” is all it ever says.
Worst APP EVER
This APP is so inaccurate it should be criminal. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I’ve ever experienced, Language Barrier and lost in translation at every attempt all they know for certain is to try to upsell more products and services.
Delete App, Reinstall Fixes
I deleted and reinstalled the app and it reconnected to my router and modem. Back in business.
Previously: Latest update seems to render app unusable. Each tab fails to load, prompting: “There was a delay, please try again.” The settings load normally, but most app functions are missing.

app is okay but brightspeed in general sucks
wifi is okay when it works but being in an apartment storms can make the power flicker or turn off , and when that happens kiss my wifi goodbye for days to weeks . they say they will get a tech out to me in a certain time frame but i’ve always had to reschedule cause the tech just won’t show up . was told 10am - 12pm and guy ended up showing up at 7pm one time . your better off looking up a how to on making your own router out of tinfoil and forks then going with brightspeed
