Does not work
Does not update, bright speed goes out constantly. And this is supposed to tell you about your services and it does nothing. “There was a delay please try again” is all it ever says.
Worst APP EVER
This APP is so inaccurate it should be criminal. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I’ve ever experienced, Language Barrier and lost in translation at every attempt all they know for certain is to try to upsell more products and services.
Delete App, Reinstall Fixes
I deleted and reinstalled the app and it reconnected to my router and modem. Back in business.
Previously: Latest update seems to render app unusable. Each tab fails to load, prompting: “There was a delay, please try again.” The settings load normally, but most app functions are missing.

app is okay but brightspeed in general sucks
wifi is okay when it works but being in an apartment storms can make the power flicker or turn off , and when that happens kiss my wifi goodbye for days to weeks . they say they will get a tech out to me in a certain time frame but i’ve always had to reschedule cause the tech just won’t show up . was told 10am - 12pm and guy ended up showing up at 7pm one time . your better off looking up a how to on making your own router out of tinfoil and forks then going with brightspeed

App don’t work
Every time i open it says there’s a delay and nothing pops up. Can’t look at my account info or anything.
Worst user interface
How do you run an internet service with the absolute worst website and apps. Took me 20 minutes to sign in getting multiple “Oops” error messages. The internet is great when it works but there’s a big void when you need to find any info about your account or the service.
Doesn’t work
I cannot log into my account it keeps saying there is an error. I’ve been trying to set up my account for over a week. I have tried multiple things to fix it and nothing works.
Huge Miss
So the app is simple and has good functionality as long as you aren’t having any connectivity issues. However, if internet connection is down its pretty useless. No info or pathway to report an outage or contact Brightspeed from the App. Seems that is a pretty necessary function.
Can’t login
They take too long to find my account email. When it does find my email and I put in my password it says they can’t find my account information. Even though I have made an account and password. They been falling out off for a while.
Poor service
Issues with game server updates blocked at the fiber connection but fine on Spectrum. Brightspeed was not willing to escalate to get it fixed and instead tried to shut down the discussion and hang up. You should really avoid them if you do any kind of gaming. They do not support gaming connections.
Unable to use
This application never works. It won’t let me access the router I keep getting errors saying my system belongs to someone else. It’s ridiculous and it’s been going on forever
Useless App
1) The app says no payment due yet I have an email saying payment failed.
2) I cannot do absolutely anything on the app. It always says “sorry slow connection try again”. I do it again- same result NOTHING!
3) I need to change my network. It won’t let me. Again “sorry slow connection try again”! Ok, add network… it goes to the next page with network on the top. Nothing else!!!! NOTHING!

Terrible connection
A lot of cut offs, unstable connection
App not working after update
It was working fine until this recent update. Now it does not show any connected devices. All the tabs show nothing. Only thing that is showing is my router is connected and online but no devices that are connected on it.
Frustrated
This app is useless and the customer services rep can’t even assist you. I denied access to my son’s gaming system thinking this would a lot easier than confiscating the controllers. So now the app shows no connected devices and now I can’t allow access to his system. The reps aren’t any help. I’ve called several times and have gotten no where. Absolutely useless app!

App has been down for over 2 weeks
Useless
Camera feature on the app is unbable to scan the routers QR code. Router model wasn’t even listed and when you try to input info manually, it still requires the camera to scan a QR code. Extremely frustrating and utterly useless app.

I get connection error every time I try to use the app lately.

The app stays down constantly with no feedback as to why and the router itself doesn’t even push what I’m paying for

Ever since taking over in our area, there’s always an issue with something. The service is never 100% stable.
