Like having dial up
This is so slow it’s like having dial up! The latency is 5-600 ms and have continue lag and internet drops 10-15 times a day. I call customer service and am told they can do nothing. Yes I can—-I ordered Starlink!

The Connection is Bad
For what it’s worth it’s extremely slow and sometimes connections crash due to multiple users; even if you ask to upgrade all you’re doing is wasting your hard earned money since they refuse to improve anything
Fairly useless for my needs
I had to reboot a router that was 150 miles away, and the CL customer service line could/would not help me. I was told to do it, I had to be logged in. So I logged in and followed the reboot process, only to discover that it doesn’t actually reboot your router. It just tells you to unplug it and plug it back in as you are reading the instructions. In the end, I had to drive 150 miles to unplug and plug the router back in. If this app is just informational and does not let me manage anything remotely, then it’s pretty worthless for me.

Great app
No complains. It’s easy to make payments and to communicate with customer service. Also, I’d like rebuilding it on the phone. It’s like it’s easier.
