Worst customer service and service ever
Trash service and zero customer service. I’ve been hung up on 4 times today and haven’t had service since last night. The automated system takes you no where and is easy to make mistakes. The hold time is ridiculous and after hours of trying I called and selected the new service option and was connected to somebody right away when I explained my frustrations and what was going on and asked to be transferred to an actual human being because the automated system they said they were connecting me, put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then hung up on me three separate times on top of me being on hold earlier in the morning and getting hung up on and I’ve received zero callbacks. My service has been interrupted several times over the past few months, but this one being the longest with the website and app showing no outages no way to troubleshoot it and absolutely zero explanation from anyone on why I don’t have Internet I’ve also never messed a bill. I set up for auto pay and they sure have no problem taking my money on time every month. I am not a person who leaves reviews at all, but this has been such a nightmare experience that I think other people should know so I will be posting this exact review everywhere I can and hopes I can save someone else from CenturyLink

Don’t use them
Have been trying to get technician to show up for appt for 3 weeks now called support but truly they can’t help they just tell you to wait. So no service no dial tone, no working phone nothing this company is NOT WORTH USING

The centurylink app and website are not user friendly or always working
needs customer service training
