Unreliable
I use this to control my teenager screen time. I can assign devices to go offline at a specific time, but I notice that it’s completely unreliable. Works maybe half the time.
“We currently don’t have any available technician appointments for your service address.”
This is the 2nd time in 3 months Quantum Fiber service has gone out at my house without any reported outages in my area. On both occasions I was told “We currently don’t have any available technician appointments for your service address.” How is that even possible?! I am paying for a service and I’m asking you to fix the problem and you have zero appointments?! Completely unacceptable. I have lost confidence in Quantum Fiber’s capacity to provide reliable Internet service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

AT&T has bit off more than they can chew. Quantum fiber is now handing CenturyLink customers and forced them to switch to Fiber in order to have internet. The installation was over a week ago and it worked for half a day. Suddenly stopped working. Calling AT&T to fix issue is useless. Demanding a manager and technician to fix / update the “activation” needed just gets you an excuse followed by fake apologies and more pointing of blame. AT&T on purpose made everyone against rules and procedures sign a contract (liability) stating that no customer can take legal action against them. But charging you and not providing service (internet) is a breach of contract in and of itself. DO NOT attempt to use or buy AT&T as they don’t care and seemingly aren’t concerned with customers and their needs.

Pointless customer support.
Resetting my router with the app never works. They never know why there is a random outage, never explains why an outage happened, and never do anything more than tell you to reset the router. Great internet when it works, but when it doesn’t you get a shrug and wait for a tech to come out.
