Bad service def avoid

Omg switching to quantum was a terrible idea. 1 gig but the network is so unstable I can barely load a website sometimes.

App is ok but customer service is terrible and rude. No help whatsoever and I’m not even sure they grasp what I am even talking about with my concern/complaint. Like talking in circles.

App does not work

This app does not work. It doesn’t detect routers. It doesn’t give you network information or anything. I’ve literally sat there with my screen on for 15 minutes waiting for the app to finish loading one of the tabs and it never did. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Wrapper for the website

This app is about as useful as the Quantum website, which is to say "not very." What's worse, it's tied directly to the website - if the website is down for maintenance, the app displays a message saying so. This means while they're performing maintenance you lose access to the very tools they tout as the reason for installing the app - no wifi maintenance, restarting router, etc. And it requires me to log in every single time I open it, but the keyboard doesn't support password managers so it's a real drag. Make a real app or improve your website - preferably both!
