The pop up keyboard to enter your user name and password does not work. Can’t login to account.

Equipment delay is unreasonable, no Wi-Fi in half my house…. No idea when Wi-Fi pods will be available.

What’s the point of an app that takes you to the phone web browser and still doesn’t let you do anything?
No network info
This app is mostly for upselling not for customer satisfaction and network info. Network info is unable to load.
Useless app
Internet is down, app sends me to a bunch of links that provide no help. Getting ahold of a human with this company is impossible. Will be canceling my service with my credit card company as it’s impossible to speak to a person with quantum. Honestly stay away, you’ll never get the speeds the advertised anyway.
