Revolutionary Tool

Brick has been the exact tool I needed to overcome the screen and live the real world again, thank you for giving my life back

Sleep and mornings saved

I left the brick far away from my bedroom. Itโ€™s so helpful to stop scrolling at night and in the morning. Way better than screen time passwords that I would bypass or apps I would delete and then reload! My teenage son also uses it too to get homework down with his music and no other distractions. 5 star!

Actually life changing

I expected to find myself down in my kitchen and bricking my phone throughout the day. Instead, I found myself chuckling at the little notification saying โ€œletโ€™s get back to livingโ€ every time I attempted to log into social media, and then quickly getting back on with my work!
Itโ€™s also helping me be more present with my son in the evenings.
As someone with ADHD, having something external to my brain helping me stay on track is literally a game changer!

Please bring back timed brick

I love this app and its features. I would give 5 stars but an excellent feature has been removed. Please bring back the ability to brick my phone for a chosen time period (eg 2 hours). This is so useful when I am out of the house and just want to keep away from social media for an hour or two but donโ€™t want to or canโ€™t go home just to unbrick my phone. Really disappointed that this has been removed.

Response from developer

Thanks for sharing this feedback. We completely understand how useful Timed Brick was for flexible sessions away from home, especially when you wanted apps to unlock automatically after an hour or two. We made the difficult decision to sunset this feature because it was limiting our ability to build and improve other features. We know Schedules donโ€™t provide the same convenient experience, and weโ€™ll share your request with our team.

Great for a while

After like a year I think the app stopped working. As in. It says Iโ€™m โ€˜brickedโ€™ but itโ€™s not blocking the apps at all.
