Push-up tracker

Overall the push-up tracker is ok. Sometimes it does a great job counting every single rep. Sometimes if you’re not looking straight into the camera it doesn’t count them. It also does not save any completed pushups if your phone turns off so make sure to constantly save them during a workout (I have lost a lot by not properly saving them). Overall the app is solid at keeping me off my phone.

i recommend it to everyone

I SWEAR thats the only way i got rid of tiktok obsession. my tt screen time used to be 5-6 hours a day but now it’s about only 30 minutes!! love this app ❣️

Needed one more feature

Hello, If possible can we get one more feature where if i choose app to use 2 times like 2min and 5 min then after that it will go to strict mode for the whole day automatically?

Pointless and No Features - Why Pay for this at all

Even when you haven't used the app at all that day and it says in the stats that you have not even opened that app today, it still blocks you out of it. You can't actually tap the home icon from your screen, and it says you have hit your time limit. I understand these apps aim to create barriers to losing time within applications, but it's clear that they have the belief that you can only lose time doom scrolling on social media. That is completely not a reality today.

Me wanting an app that simply introduces an intervention when I'm in a long session doesn't mean that, from the moment I wake up in the morning, the solution is to prevent me from accessing the app and now needing to dig around my phone to find it when it does have a legitimate utility in my life. Yet, at the same time, that app can lose me in long sessions. Two things can be true at once. You can have an app that is essential to your daily life and has a legitimate utility for you, WHILE ALSO being an app that can lead you to lose tremendous time within it. Therefore, you need to catch yourself when you're in long sessions where logically, once you hit a certain interval of time, at that point, it is no longer serving a productive utility but instead stealing your time.

It's extremely frustrating because apps like this, OneSec, ScreenZen, and seemingly all others that are advertising themselves as specifically effective for intervening doom scrolling are, in reality, not actually effective at all unless you solely want to use it for social media. Outside of that, they are completely archaic to the everyday reality of life.
