The most impactful update we’ve shipped for one sec: With one sec 6.0 and the new big iOS update you no longer have to set up Shortcuts automations manually! Simply tap on “Add Intervention” to automatically import the automation. This makes one sec’s setup a one-step process, instead of a technical 10-step process. And this was by far the biggest complaint we’ve heard over the years for you, our users. Besides that, with this update one sec becomes better in every aspect: - Big accessibility improvements (especially voice over) - Bug fixes and performance improvements - Liquid Glass design improvements I’m really proud that we’re able to ship such a significant improvement for one sec alongside the big iOS update. And I’m especially grateful that I got to work on this amazing update with the best team I could dream of! Hope you’ll enjoy this update as much as we did working on it this summer :) – Frederik

THIS APP HELPED ME SO MUCH!!! I went from scrolling from 9pm to 2am every night, to now regularly going weeks without using instagram. When you start on this app it feels really hard, I promise you, you are on baby mode. I remember HATING the 3 seconds I had to wait, and then immediately setting it to infinite scroll time. This app has helped me build tolerance to the level where I now have to wait 80 seconds before opening the app, and I can only use it for a max of 15 minutes at a time. I PROMISE ITS NOT AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS, after a while you get used to it. It means that using instagram when I am only spending a minute and a half on the toilet no longer makes sense. It's great! THE DEV TEAM IS SUPER GOOD AND RESPONSIVE TOO!! IF YOU NEED HELP EMAIL THEM, they are so nice and great :)

Love this app but...

I think the extension is crashing my Safari browser. I pay for Pro, and I use this both for the Safari app in general and for individual websites. Sometimes it crashes multiple times per day. Is there anything you can do to fix this?
