Asks for money in set up. No thank you
Absolute Life-Saver
Been using One Sec for years and I am so grateful for its existence. It is incredibly effective at controlling my screen time and has saved me numerous times from getting stuck on social media. I now have much more time to focus on things that matter to me. I am also more aware and intentional with my social media usage. Please give this app a try. It is completely worth it!

Game changer
This is seriously worth every single penny. It really slashes your screen time. And it basically prevents you from Doom Scrolling.
Love this helps he stay on track
Constantly find myself scrolling when I should be doing something else so something to snap me out of it really helps
Sugestão!
Amo muito o app e ele sempre me ajuda muito! Mas gostaria da opção do Android de bloquear reels, shorts, etc, no iPhone.
Jschlatt made me get it
It’s good
Great but…
You have to pay monthly, yearly, or pay 100 dollars to just add more than one app. They claim they care about your screentime, but don’t let you help yourself without paying.
Rendered pointless
Apps can be unlocked with a toggle within the “strict block” absolutely useless
buns
actual bootycheeks i did not enjoy it when my snap limit went of at an early 9pm HELL NO 👎👎👎👎👎👎
Exceptional!
What a genius way to distract these habits of me just opening an app while I’m on autopilot. I enjoy things that help me optimize!
Love this app, but having to pay to turn off haptics is upsetting
I love this app. I used it a ton. But as someone with sensory issues, the haptics really bother me and make it impossible to use. Having to pay for something to make an app accessible is silly.
Great for addiction problems
This app has been a great way to cheaply block myself from accessing apps I’m addicted to, fantastic at securing loopholes, and consistently updating to improve the system they have. The new addition of app exemptions also helps with the problem of simply downloading different apps to get past your current blocks which is huge for social media addiction.
The app has been crucial to me still being able to keep having a smart phone. Before the app, I was genuinely thinking I would have to switch to an old flip phone due to the ever present access to basically everything.

I wish less of kit was paid access
This app is rlly good but a lot of the good features are locked behind a paywall.

Successful
One sec really helped me with my usage on TikTok! I started to reflect on the amount of time wasted on social media use and I decided to link it to TikTok and it has fully desensitised me from it to the point it has offloaded off my phone! Im going to try it out with instagram next because my brain has instinctively switched to instagram as an alternative to TikTok!

good but missing apps
add the clock app to the selections
Not Compatible with all of my apps
I use an app called socialite to watch YouTube and go on instagram but the app list is just general apps instead of the app list that is all of your specific apps, that broke my heart.
This is the only thing that Works BUT…
This has been the only thing that works,
but PLEASE, make a one time purchase option. i am MORE than happy to pay a one time fee to get pro for life,
subscription fatigue is real and it’s getting ridiculous how everything is one. otherwise 5/5
