Push-up tracker

Overall the push-up tracker is ok. Sometimes it does a great job counting every single rep. Sometimes if you’re not looking straight into the camera it doesn’t count them. It also does not save any completed pushups if your phone turns off so make sure to constantly save them during a workout (I have lost a lot by not properly saving them). Overall the app is solid at keeping me off my phone.

i recommend it to everyone

I SWEAR thats the only way i got rid of tiktok obsession. my tt screen time used to be 5-6 hours a day but now it’s about only 30 minutes!! love this app ❣️

Needed one more feature

Hello, If possible can we get one more feature where if i choose app to use 2 times like 2min and 5 min then after that it will go to strict mode for the whole day automatically?

Pointless and No Features - Why Pay for this at all

Even when you haven't used the app at all that day and it says in the stats that you have not even opened that app today, it still blocks you out of it. You can't actually tap the home icon from your screen, and it says you have hit your time limit. I understand these apps aim to create barriers to losing time within applications, but it's clear that they have the belief that you can only lose time doom scrolling on social media. That is completely not a reality today.

Me wanting an app that simply introduces an intervention when I'm in a long session doesn't mean that, from the moment I wake up in the morning, the solution is to prevent me from accessing the app and now needing to dig around my phone to find it when it does have a legitimate utility in my life. Yet, at the same time, that app can lose me in long sessions. Two things can be true at once. You can have an app that is essential to your daily life and has a legitimate utility for you, WHILE ALSO being an app that can lead you to lose tremendous time within it. Therefore, you need to catch yourself when you're in long sessions where logically, once you hit a certain interval of time, at that point, it is no longer serving a productive utility but instead stealing your time.

It's extremely frustrating because apps like this, OneSec, ScreenZen, and seemingly all others that are advertising themselves as specifically effective for intervening doom scrolling are, in reality, not actually effective at all unless you solely want to use it for social media. Outside of that, they are completely archaic to the everyday reality of life.

Brillant

Ive never seen a better idea. This app is so freaking cool and good.

Love the app but glitchy

Love this app but it is glitchy. Sometimes if I select an amount of time, use it up, then select another amount of time, it will glitch and immediately use up the second amount of time, sending me back to the home screen. This is frustrating because those are minutes I’ve earned and want to use. When that happens, if I want to do two sessions back to back, I have to select an amount of time, use it up, quit both the app and the clearspace app, then reopen the app.

Best I’ve found

Limiting your time based on pickups works way better than any other system I’ve tried. Doomscrolling is no more if you don’t want it to be. Also the quotes are really great, although you could replace them with goals you have to help remind you of them daily.

JK Rowling?????

In an onboarding video the app uses JK Rowling as a shining light example of who we should strive to emulate. Completely unacceptable choice given her violent rhetoric and actions against trans people.

10/10

Best app , reduces my screen time from 4-5 hours to 1-2

Bugs

The app is made thoughtfully but what a worst team of engineers you have. Bugs on every step

Works great!

Does not ask for payment like all apps do just simple goal meeting with no cheating my screen Tom is down to 30 thanks to this

Only app that works

ClearSpace is genuinely the only app that has helped me reduce screen time. It helped me be able to fully delete some social media apps including TikTok and I have tried multiple different screen time apps and this is the only one that has ever worked. It takes away all desire to scroll because you know you have to breathe or do an activity to scroll and half the time it’s not worth it. So yes I love this app please get if you are struggling with screen time.

Super auch ohne Abo anders als critique ai

Ich finde die App super geht klasse auch ohne Abo ähnlich wie critique ai aber kostenlos
Einfach beim setup skip klicken
Aber das Abo lohnt sich dann wenn man mehr als eine App sperren möchte wirklich
All in all super App

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't

When I can get the app to work, it actually does help me a lot and can allot me some time to use my most addicting apps, but when the time limit is up, it makes it harder to get back into it instead of the usual apple screen time limit where you can just ignore it. And the allotted uses a day does make me feel more selective, so ultimately i'm on my phone less. HOWEVER, sometimes when i do have time to be on social media and I try to do the breathing exercise, it'll send me through the whole process, and then just not open the app up. it'll get stuck on the "load a breathing exercise" screen on the app I'm trying to open, even after I clear it out and do it several times. So, if that glitch could be fixed, it would be a really amazing app.

Push-up feature needs work

I’ve had this app for a couple years. The “push-up to scroll” challenge is the only one that works for me. But it sucks at detecting push-ups 😕 please improve this feature!!

Stop trying to get money

The app is good for blocking apps but just let us block more apps we don’t need to buy premium to block more apps thats just stupid. If you want us to be better at controlling our screen time then let us block apps rather us buying premium to do it!

Не засчитывает

Идея отличная, исполнение очень сильно хромает. Постоянно не засчитывает упражнения (все виды). Если вечером оставались минуты на утро может все обнулиться. Во благо, но бесит когда не заслуженно)

Great

The app is great for students like me for example and I know what I’m saying cause I have a 200 day streak. By far the best app for this purpose.

Free version is actually good

Unlike most screen time apps, the free version actually does most of what you want a screen time app to do, like the pushup counter, multiple apps, open limits, and screen time limits. Thanks!
