Wow

Genuinely the worst app from a service I’ve ever used, the service is also continuously spotty, an overall terrible company. They outsource all of the customer service to India, so they’re literally just there to give yes or no answers.

Promise much, deliver not so much

This app shows many features. But most of them fail to deliver any useful information. Basically they do not work. Yes it tells you account info and your billing history. This app needs improvement.

App not very helpful

I’m so tired of virtual assistants that are no assistance at all for a WiFi network that constantly goes out.

No service X 2

Second day service went down with out an outage

Mr

Guy was great and efficient

Slow and the parental controls not working right

The app is extremely slow to load or save changes.
The parental controls are limited and typically impact all devices on the WiFi. Ethernet plugins are fine but the controls impact devices even if they aren’t selected in the list of devices for a parent control. For example, I block my kid’s laptop at 8pm but then my cell phone is also blocked from the WiFi.

Xfinity was better

I transferred from Xfinity to quantum because I thought it would be better but the Internet connection is worse and the app is always down. I hate using this app. I’m thinking of ending my quantum and going back to Xfinity.

The worst company

I signed up for quantum after I got rid of Xfinity because xfinity is one of the worst companies in existence. Sadly, quantum is just as bad if not worse. The reliability and speed is much much worse and their customer service is just as bad. Since the day I got the service, it has been slow and very unreliable. Even after replacing the modem it is still slow and unreliable. Just making a service appointment took hours of waiting on the phone and then trying to deal with their inept chats. The second time I had a service appointment the technician never showed up and the people whom I was dealing with on the chats were not helping me at all. One representative even disconnected himself from me instead of just telling me why the technician never showed up. I talked to three different people on chat and not one could give me a straight answer on why the technician hadn’t showed up. I definitely do not recommend this terrible terrible company.

Non functional

You can pay your bill only, none of the other options work at all

Horrible!

Cannot login to the app to manage the router at all. I’m using the exact same email and password that does work on the website. Does not work. It immediately locks me out on one attempt. I did password reset everything. Completely worthless! I cannot wait for the other fiber providers to turn on my street to be rid of this horrid incompetent company

Horrible customer service

I was lied. I hate liars. I was given a false name. I was lied to about every single thing !!!!! I’m so upset !

App is ok; Quantum isn’t

After less than a month, our brand new modem stopped connecting to the internet. However, the lights continued to flash showing that it was working. That led me to spend hours fiddling with the routers. An hour on the phone with quantum customer support was utterly fruitless. Technician visit was scheduled for the next day; somehow he couldn’t manage to make the four hour window. Perhaps he will be here soon. I don’t have any idea because they don’t let you know, even though I’ve been waiting five hours so far.
It is hard to believe anyone could make Comcast look good, but Quantum is trying!!!

Constantly drops my WiFi connection

Constantly drops my WiFi connection and I have to reset my router at least three times a month. Every time I pay my bill I all of a sudden have no WiFi for several days. So frustrating!!!!

App is completely useless

App almost never works. Will always show devices as offline even though network is working fine. Never worked since I’ve had service which is a year now. Don’t even bother downloading the app

Mark

This app doesn’t even work

App is trash

Silly how bad this is

2.4gHz Sucks

The Router doesn’t broadcast the gHz names separately. So if you have an older system that runs on 2.4 gHz and go to select the Quantum 2.4 gHz WiFi, it doesn’t show up on the list of available WiFi networks.

App trouble

The app doesn’t work like it should and regularly has issues and won’t load information once logged in. Fix your stuff AT&T

Terrible service terrible app terrible company

Internet frequently cuts out, app says modem is working when it clearly isn’t. Support is even worse they are basically just human versions repeating the troubleshoot steps you have to do. Then they’ll offer you credits for the errors that never actually come. Awful company I will never use their services again

Non functional app

The app used to be useful and helpful but now no matter what I select to look at “network information”, I get an error message saying try again. It’s been two weeks and I can’t access it. And their customer supper is just as worthless.
