Doesn't work
The idea of this is cool. But our network won't pop up. The app keeps saying there is a delay and to try again later. It's been over a week.
Sign Up Not Functional
There is no option to sign up for an account. The app cannot be used if you cannot make an account.
What happened to the UI???
What happened to the UI, you basically had a functioning app and then neutered it so you can’t add guest networks etc now all it is is basically a glorified network monitoring device that’s it I can’t do nothing with it but add devices to groups and pause them when I want to add a first network and other thinks, add back user functionally this app makes it not safe to sandbox and create a guest account to let all external devices connect to. Please update or redo this app dev’s, I don’t know why you all destroyed what it was but please fix it also why have video tutorials for people on this app on the calix website when it looks nothing like the app in the tutorials anymore?

App sucks
Won’t even let me register my router
Horrible app
Doesn’t work 90% of the time. Haven’t been able to log into it for days. Pausing and unpausing internet doesn’t work most of the time. If I could use something other than this I would. This device and app will be the reason I switch back to Starlink.

This app is not reliable at all.
Not great
The built-in Speedtest never works for some reason: Get a failed warning after every attempt. Otherwise, it’s OK.
The Worst!
This app is the absolute worst. This was provided through my ISP and it RARELY works. Nine times out of 10, the Device is tab will spin and refuse to load and the others are slow as molasses. Even before the upgrade, it was barely functional.
Inconsistent and Lackluster!
I’ve used this app for years, and it has been nothing short of disappointing. About half the time I try to use it, whether I’m setting priorities or checking connected devices on my network, it simply doesn’t work. I’m often unable to use the app at all due to bugs that have gone unfixed for YEARS! I strongly recommend choosing a different router that uses a more reliable app. It will save you a lot of headaches over time.

Big fixes where
Still not registering any data usage at all. Most of the time it won’t even tell you if a device is using data and it doesn’t tell you at all anymore what apps are using data. App has gotten worse not better with updates smh
Has issues
Randomly has no devices listed. There is no way to have multiple admins. Also, can’t clear the device list of old devices. Could be better.
Fix it
Every time you update your app you mess something else up. Now the app isn’t recording data usage at all. Will show data is being used but will not break down and specify what is being used like normal
Not great
No public IP, no DDNS, and devices connected aren’t showing up.
Doesn’t always show as correct.
This app is nice to have with a house full of teenagers. However, it doesn’t always show correctly. For instance, right now it’s not registering as any devices are connected but I know that’s not true because my phone is, the Roku the kids are watching is connected and so on. There was also an instance that I locked a computer after 10 pm for one of my kids and it took me 45 minutes of unlocking, relocking, rebooting and restarting to get the laptop to connect the next day. I’ve also gone through and renamed all the devices so we could tell which is which but every 3 or so days it pops up as a new device even though it’s still named in the system. Sometimes my iPhone will pop up as iPhone 14 and sometimes smartphone. It’s all and all just annoying but I admit doesn’t stop me from using it.

Do Not Use!
I’d been using this app to pause devices at bedtime, but all the devices have disappeared from the app so now I can’t unpause them. Completely unable to use those devices. Have uninstalled/reinstalled the app repeatedly, restarted router repeatedly, and ISP can’t help because it’s a defect with the app.

What does this app actually do?
I wish this app actually worked the way the Mid South Fiber app did when it first came out. I used to be able to easily set up devices under profiles, limit accessible websites, and set up content restrictions that would block sites. It used to show me the time a person spent on apps during the day and it sent me notifications if someone tried to access an app that got blocked. It was descent and I used it daily. What happened? Upgrades and Bug Fixes? Hardly. Now, at best, this app shows what device is online on your network. That is all it is useful for. But even that isn’t accurate at times. Devices that are online show offline and vice versa. I am supposed to be able to add a device to a profile so I can at lease set a time limit to access the network but it keeps giving me an error and I can’t even do that. I truly don’t understand why the company even has the app. It’s really that bad.

The app always gets stuck doing something
The app always seems to get stuck doing something and requires a force close. The you get right back to the same place. Useless at that point.

I can’t get this app to work on any device. Support is useless.
Buggy
Struggled with inability to reliably pause/unpause users. Had to reset multiple times. When creating users receive multiple error messages when attempting to assign devices. The few moments that it did work was nice—but not long lasting. Needs improvement.
Fix the app
I’ve been saying about the issues with this app and it’s doing the same thing. No fixes but getting worse. Not around 7 pm every night it stops recording data usage and resets and won’t start recording data usage until the next day. For people trying to keep their kids safe and monitor their activity this is not a good thing. Fix the dang app
