Buggy app

There is a bug that doesn’t allow you to use the pull down for apple and just gives you the “there was a delay error” over and over. I used ai to research this issue and it says many users report this and I’m doing nothing wrong it’s a bug in the app. Lots of hoops to jump through to get past this stupid bug. Annoying and costing me a lot of time which I equate to money.
