This is a good app to help you keep track with sm appointments and hr metrics this app does more than that as well but you will have to explore it yourself. Plus it’s free!!!!!

Love this helps me manage my squad
It’s a great tool, I love using it to create new soldiers personal data sheets on my phone then I print to pdf and print them at home for their binders. I also track the squads ACFT average, perstat and appointments.
Missing Valuable Feature(s)
Needs to be interactive between leaders and subordinates; subordinates should be able to update their leave, medpros updates with verified proof, and it’ll automatically notify the leader(s.) This will eliminate any grey area and increase continuity between the team/squad/platoon.

Great app and very helpful!
I’ve had this app for the past half year and it has since improved a lot. I like that it has all of the major details needed of a Soldier. Now, when it comes to design the app is good; however, I have iPhone and if I turn on “Dark Mode” in the app it’ll make all text black making it really hard to read. So, a light color font would be a great fix.

Everything looks great but
There should be a way to create a group and allow leaders to just be able to edit singular items instead of sharing. There may be. Also, iPhone for changing dates is a little wonky but otherwise the app works out great. Kudos to whomever made this.
App will not load on Apple
The app worked well at first, but the it would not load when I logged in. If the bug will get fixed the app will be a great tool
Login Issue
The app does not allow you to edit your profile. Not will it allow you to log back in after an initial login. I’m assuming it worked one day, but that day has long passed. 0/5 Stars

Has all of the necessary tools to track your soldiers needs and help keep your squad squared away. I prefer having everything tangible at my fingertips on paper, but this makes it easy to keep a running record that can easily be updated and saved to add to my actual leaders book later
Has Almost Everything Just Lacks Polish
So I’ve been back and forth trying to decide between this app and the Army Leader Book app and it’s so annoying because this one has basically everything you need but is not as intuitive and has a few bugs. —-Issues—- 1. Putting in Run Time doesn’t calculate score and because you can’t manually input score or even total score your screwed. 2. I’m stuck having to login with full password every time as face identity wont log in. 3. There doesn't seem to be a way to export a Soldier complete profile. I want a simple way to export a PDF with everything from range quals to appointments. 4. They need a better and separate app settings system and the ability to link you Apple ID or whatever else to your main account.

Login Issue
I was loving this app until I couldn’t login using apple. I registered that with apple and now I am encountering errors getting in, even after deleting and uninstalling the app. If you could check it out and fix it I’d give this app 5 stars.
Super buggy
This app had promise a few years ago, now it’s just worse with every update.
