ArmyDigitalLeadersBook

A leader's book that lives on your phone. Built for squad leaders, platoon sergeants, and first sergeants who are tired of tracking readiness on a clipboard, a whiteboard, and three different spreadsheets. Works for a four-person team or a 150-soldier company. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-in. No server. No ads. This app makes no internet connections at all — it does not even request permission to. Your roster never leaves your device. READINESS AT A GLANCE See exactly where your unit stands: how many soldiers are compliant, expiring soon, or past due. Tap any number to see who. Drill down from company to platoon to squad. TRACK WHAT YOUR UNIT ACTUALLY CHASES Dental, PHA, immunizations, vision and hearing, weapons qualification, ACFT, waist-to-height ratio, cyber awareness, SHARP, PRR, AT Level I, ID card, DD93, DA 5960, security clearance, evaluations, OCIE — and each one warns you on its own schedule. Dental at 90 days out, cyber at 30. Add your own items or turn off the ones your unit doesn't track. FIND ANYONE FAST One search box. Type a last name, a DoD ID, or an employee ID — it works out which one you meant. TELL SOLDIERS WHAT THEY OWE Generate a reminder listing that soldier's outstanding items, addressed by rank and last name, and send it from your own email or messages. Track who has been notified so you can answer when the First Sergeant asks. BUILT FOR RANGE DAYS AND FORMATIONS Record one event for forty soldiers at once. Enter scores as they happen instead of retyping a clipboard on Monday. PERMANENT PROFILES Record which AFT events a soldier is profiled off and their alternate aerobic event, so it's in front of you when you score them. HAND IT OFF CLEANLY Export your roster and every recorded event as CSV files. Send them to the incoming leader at a change of responsibility, or keep them as your backup. Works with the iPhone version of this app. LOCKED DOWN Face unlock, fingerprint, or your screen lock keeps the book closed when your phone isn't in your hands. --- Unofficial app. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or the Department of War. Not a system of record — always verify against official Army standards, forms, and systems. Do not enter classified information.
