Sells fake products, they don’t approve negetive products review
I’ve purchased from arogga atleast 10 times, no problem found except out of stock sometimes…but last time they sent me a whishper ultra maxifit pad that seems to be fake, its very low in quality. I always purchased it from local shops for over 7 years, so that i know its quality. Even the price of this was much from local seller. I just put this review on arogga, but they didnt approve it. Then I tried twice, they again deleted this. Thats why putting this review here.

Don’t Confirm Products You Can’t Deliver. I wish I could leave 0 star
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order after receiving a message from Arogga that the product was available. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice.
I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me.
Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t ensure product availability before confirming orders, you’re wasting customers’ time and trust.

Very very disappointed service
Disappointed service. I ordered some products with payment last two days back. But without knowing me they cancel my order. Then I talked with customer service department but again said like parrot speech. And no way to talk with higher authorities as a result get no service at all.
Fake product review issue
I tried to post a negative review after receiving a fake minoxidil product, but it was not approved. However, my positive reviews were approved without any issue. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of products and the review system.

আমি ফ্রান্স থেকে আমার বাবা মায়ের ওষুধ পাঠাই এই অ্যাপ থেকে কিন্তু আমার লাস্ট অর্ডারে একটি মার্কস দুধ অর্ডার করেছিলাম যেটা আমি পুরো প্যাকেট ফাটা রিসিভ করি ভিডিও করে সাথে সাথে অবগত করি হেল্প সেন্টারে ওরা বলেছে ডেলিবারি ম্যান এসে পিকআপ করবে এবং টাকা ফেরত দিবে এখনও দুই সপ্তাহ হয়েগছে কেউ আসেনি আমার টাকা ও রিফান্ড করেনি একটা নষ্ট ফাটা দুধের পেকেট আমাকে এখন সংরক্ষণ করে রাখতে হচ্ছে এইরকম বেবহার আর পলিসি জানলে কখনোই এই অ্যাপ বেবহার করতাম না । এই অ্যাপ বেবহার করে রিফান্ড এর কেত্রে আপনাকে হেসেল এ পড়তে হবে তাই এটি এড়িয়ে চলুন ।

Low quality products
I ordered few different products, one out of them was actually low quality in terms of appearance, methi powder that i ordered was full of bugs inside, some bugs were alive too, that’s certainly not expected, apart from that, delivery was on time and payment mode easier since I had option to bikash from distance

They scam you. I have been scammed twice.
1. Order delivered showed in app but delivery man did not arrive.
2. Damaged product received and customer care refused refund saying that they have a policy to unwrap in front of delivery man

Too Slow Delivery Time
delivery is too slow. Though it was written to take 12-48 hours to deliver but it doesn’t make any sense that anyone will order any sort of medicine or something pharma item and wait for 12-48 hours. Should work on that.
