ডেলিভারিতে দেরি
আগে আপনাদের সার্ভিস খুবই ভালো ছিল। একদিন অর্ডার করলেই পরের দিন ওষুধ পেয়ে যেতাম। কিন্তু এখন হঠাৎ করে ডেলিভারিতে২–৩ দিন সময় লাগছে। ওষুধ তো অনেক সময় জরুরি প্রয়োজনের জন্য অর্ডার করা হয়। তাই২–৩ দিন অপেক্ষা করা অনেক গ্রাহকের জন্য কষ্টকর।
Fake and out of date products
There isn’t any date on the products, also why the hell would you sell fake products?! They don’t even accept that these are fake. Utterly disgusting! No wonder why startups in Bangladesh fail
Bad attitude and customer service
third class customer service. Even the tone of them is very very rude...very unhelpful and when asked why they took 7days to deliver something so important like medicine just casually answered they are a popular platform ,very busy with orders so the delay is unavoidable....also another time i needed to change my phone number..from steadfeast they told me arogga hads the authority to changed it but when i asked them for help they straightly refused that they cant take the hassle and it was a paid order...means if i couldn’t pick the call my 2500 tk would also be gone as they would not do anything to help

Sells fake products, they don’t approve negetive products review
I’ve purchased from arogga atleast 10 times, no problem found except out of stock sometimes…but last time they sent me a whishper ultra maxifit pad that seems to be fake, its very low in quality. I always purchased it from local shops for over 7 years, so that i know its quality. Even the price of this was much from local seller. I just put this review on arogga, but they didnt approve it. Then I tried twice, they again deleted this. Thats why putting this review here.

Extremely Bad Customer Service
You guys need to know that raising international funds in the name of medical health services is a crime. I ordered medicine at 4 pm yesterday and still haven't received it today. Also ordered in express delivery. Do you really think that's providing medical health service? Every day you guys are doing this to us. 12-48 hours, next morning 8-12. Who needs medicine at 12 PM? If this continues, it will be stopped like Sheba and Chaldal. And telemedicine should have been a noble business; sometimes, you guys should check how your call operators behave. Very bad.

Arogga used to be good e-commerce apps. But, now they are often out of stock products. Sometimes they send incorrect products, also customer care is slow.

I ordered 4 products 2700tk but they gave me only 2 of them and another two aren’t given unsatisfied

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order after receiving a message from Arogga that the product was available. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice.
I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me.
Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t ensure product availability before confirming orders, you’re wasting customers’ time and trust.

Their SCM is worst, delivery delayed almost every order.
Fraud (Top Class)
they consistently removes and don’t approve the low ratings and negative comments. they delivered fake products and didn’t approve the review. their helpline is useless as well.
Slow and website not updated

First, even i am at the centre of dhaka, 30 hour passed, no update on delivery.
2nd: they called me about medicine unavailability, even it was on their website and already paid.
I will look for alternative.

Unsealed product send kore. Fresh product na diye product niye jay, refund dite ghuray. Fraud
Delivery issue
Delivery within Dhaka takes a long time and does not deliver the product properly. When you order a product, they send you another product instead of that product.
Very very disappointed service
Disappointed service. I ordered some products with payment last two days back. But without knowing me they cancel my order. Then I talked with customer service department but again said like parrot speech. And no way to talk with higher authorities as a result get no service at all.
