Doesn’t work
Initially it worked well. After about a month it’s stopped working. Didn’t turn it on. Reset itself. Etc
Don’t know if it’s even on?!
My husband bought this, he wasted his money. He thought this was one of the high end hotel models they advertise but it’s definitely not! The scent barely comes out and cannot even smell it. Definitely nothing like the pictures show. Waste of money.
Cannot connect to Bluetooth
It is my opinion that the most recent update caused the machine to lose its Bluetooth connection status. I’ve done everything possible to try and get the connection back.
The app will recognize the device in the initial setup but when trying to update the settings an error occurs that states that the app is unable to connect to the device through Bluetooth.

Bluetooth will not connect
I have tried everything, from deleting/redownloading app, removing device, restarting both phone and device, moving device to different areas. Still will not connect and the company offers no solutions.
Can’t connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
I got this for Christmas and as others have said, no matter what I try, I cannot connect this device through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It just won’t give me the option and cannot find my device.
Works well
I read the other reviews and was skeptical to even download it but I’ve had no issues at all. Connection was smooth and simple and the app is easy to navigate.
Garbage
Would give zero stars if I could. The device is pricey and then the app is absolutely worthless. Never seen such a terrible useless app. I’m returning the device just bec of this app

Worthless and sent my modem a virus
Absolutely do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! First of all we tried to register for about an hour without success, so that alone makes it garbage.
5 minutes after we stopped trying, our whole house internet shut down due to a virus, which we have NEVER EVER experienced previously!! And this app was connecting via WIFI.
Lesson learned: NEVER TEUST CHINESE GARBAGE SCAMMING APPS!

Bluetooth always disconnects
App is simple to use. But the Bluetooth connection failed message is an issue. Please address with a fix.
Not user friendly
Have tried multiple times to get this to register my account. Get errors when nothing is wrong. Won't send text to verify account. Very frustrating - do not recommend at all. Will send scent machine back and get a different brand.
