Received an email saying I got a discount that would be “automatically applied at checkout when placing an order online or in store”. Placed an order online and when I go to pickup in store I’m charged full price and told that I needed to tell them about the discount. Since I use the bank link pay option to save on service fees I was told there was nothing they could do bc they already charged me and finished the transaction before I could even say anything when they returned with my order. This is a time limited offer and I will not get to receive and can’t get a refund on the product apparently. Even tho I did everything I was instructed
