App doesn’t work
When using the app the screen constantly is refreshing making it impossible to do anything.

App has not worked in several months. I have done ALL the troubleshooting but it continues to glitch. as soon as you login it the screen starts to blink and it does not let you do anything. The store reps would not redeem rewards “if you don’t click it in front of” them; you show them what it does and they give you a BLANK stare because they literally have no way to help or any other option for members. Store reps have said multiple times they cannot do anything to help; cannot redeem if they can’t see us click it but since we can’t physically click it then basically we are paying a service to not get the service. I have screen recordings of the continued glitch because THIS cannot be legal. The part to subscribe is NOT glitchy; it takes your card info perfectly fine; no where does it say you HAVE TO click it from the app in front of the rep; and no where it says they will refuse service if the app does not work and will not give you your monthly payment back.
