Crashes out
Every time I try to go to my subscription to adjust it the app closes out. Even after deleting and reinstalling and restarting my phone. Same thing when I go via web browser. It’s so frustrating. I just want to cancel my subscription.

This app has too many unaddressed glitches. Sometimes the connection to the diffusers goes out and now it’s been weeks and the hyperlink to subscriptions kicks you completely out of the app and seemingly no one is listening to this complaint or actively working to address it.
