Tremendous Downgrade
This app is significantly worse than the last. On top of mounting connectivity issues that have persisted with my old and new devices since switching to this mandatory app, Aroma Plan has eliminated a tremendous amount of freedom you have had in the past over operating intervals. Originally, you could set run time and rest time independently of each other. Now they only offer predetermined intervals with preset run and rest times. If none of the presets work for you, you are SOL. Also, I noticed several bugs with the “My Aroma Plan” section. It is inaccessible to me despite being signed in (I even tried deleting the app, reinstalling, and signing in to find the same problem) that it shows there are “no menu options available”, whatever that means. There is not even an option to sign-out of this app without deleting it for me because of these bugs. Please consider going back to the old app. This one is atrocious.

Above my expectations
AromaPlan exceeded my expectations. The device is easy to install and the app is great, allowing you to program the entire week with the intensity and duration of fragrance release in the environment. I'm very happy; I didn't buy all the fragrances, but I bought Baccarat Rouge and it won me over.

A Smart and Convenient Fragrance Device
I discovered AromaPlan through a friend and absolutely loved the scent, so I decided to give it a try myself. I was really happy with my purchase! The product arrived very well packaged.
Dubai is already my favorite fragrance. I did notice one small issue: the 24 Knight fragrance sample I received was different from the one described on the box. Instead, I received 24K Magic.
The fragrance is strong, long-lasting scent, so I can use it at a lower frequency and still keep my entire home smelling amazing. This is a big plus because it makes the fragrance last much longer.
The device is also very easy to use, and I love that it’s dual voltage, which makes it convenient to use in different countries. The app is super intuitive as well.
Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend!

Barcelona Scent
The aroma is sophisticated and refreshing, leaving every room smelling wonderful without feeling too strong or artificial.
I especially love how the scent gently spreads throughout the space and stays noticeable for hours. It gives my home that fresh, polished feeling you usually notice when walking into a nice hotel or spa.

Amazing Product
I’ve been really enjoying this diffuser! It was very easy to set up and use, and the scent spreads nicely throughout the room without being too overwhelming. I love how it makes my home smell fresh and gives it that clean, luxurious hotel feeling. The design is also sleek and looks great in my space. Timed schedules do not work
We recently set up our AromaPlan thru our hvac system. Using the app I set up a daily schedule that is to go off three times a day (right before we wake, lunchtime, dinner time). I’ve had this set for a several days now and it is not working at all. I have to keep going to the basement to get it to kick on. Bummed so far on this for scheduling.

Crashes
Every time I try to go to the subscriptions page to modify, it crashes. Pretty frustrating because I can’t make changes, delay a shipment, or cancel if I’d want to

AromaPlan is incredible! I’m truly impressed with the quality. The diffuser is beautiful, easy to use, and has great coverage. Highly recommended!
Upset
I have become a faithful customer since ordering my first bottle and diffuser. However, I started a subscription, which is not the problem. The problem is when I went in to the subscription area. Change my fragrance I click on the subscription tab and get kicked out of the app. I have been trying for two weeks and have been unable to access the subscription area.

Easy and convenient to use
The app is very easy to set up and use. I really like being able to control my AromaPlan diffuser and adjust the settings directly from my phone. The interface is simple and intuitive, and connecting the diffuser was straightforward. It makes managing the fragrance in my home much more convenient.

Product is awesome but not able to connect with app
I love this product and their scents, however for some reason my diffuser can’t connect to the app- it just doesn’t show up. I believe because my classroom doesn’t have internet? Either way, would’ve liked to connect it.

Incredible quality! The scent samples smell absolute luxury, rich, sophisticated, and long-lasting. The companion app is super intuitive and makes controlling the schedule and intensity completely effortless. Highly recommend!
God app except one thing
The app is mostly great, including programming schedules. The one thing I wish they would correct is the subscription/ order cancelation.
I prefer to order oils as needed instead of on a subscription so I deleted my subscription and payment methods but it processed an order for two bottles this month. You can cancel the order, so no biggie, but the submit button to cancel is hidden and very difficult to try to slide up and press at the same time. If it’s helpful, I use an iPhone 17 pro plus and have all the latest iOS and app updates.
