I have two units, but one crashes the app when trying to alter the settings
In general this is a great product but just lately one unit kicks me out when connected to blue tooth and attempting to alter the settings?
Does not stay connected!
It doesn’t stay connected and it is just annoying to say that I pay so much for something that doesn’t work. Plus for the amount of monthly payment on the oil, it is not enough!!!!!!

Why is there a fan button that must be clicked on manually EVERY TIME.
Why are there 5 working periods?
Why can’t I manually turn it on and off? I must instead create a schedule event.

Problems with app.
App does not work well. The device does not stay connected to wifi. Bluetooth is non existent. This app needs serious work.
PLEASE READ
Do not waste your money on this product. The device has the worst UI imaginable and you won’t be able to use it easily without the app, and as we all can see the app is by far the most useless app in the AppStore. Zero support from the Devs toward updating the app, and zero support for CS toward the app.

Zero functionality
The touch controls on the unit work fine yet are onerous to use. This app does nothing yet connect to the device. I think I can turn it off or on too. Other than that… I have been able to set intervals and frequency in the app… hahaha… unfortunately the settings never make it to the machine that appears connected. Seems so close to useful. Yet zero value at this time. Big time bummer.

Won’t connect to device! Shows the device, but when selecting it goes offline immediately, then buffers till I shut down the app completely. Frustrating!
Screen size did not support for new iPhone !!
The developer didn’t support the Screen size for iPhone 10 and above even in new update on September 2021 ??
Such a horrible app!
This app serves no purpose whatsoever. And apparently they don’t care! I have tried and tried to connect my diffuser to BOTH WiFi and Bluetooth and it’s just not happening. WiFi says to go to settings and connect to their unit but it’s not there. The unit SAYS it online until you press on it then “POOF” it’s offline. Bluetooth doesn’t connect at all - I doubt the unit even has Bluetooth capabilities tbh. My return window is July 26th (one week from today) and I will spend this week seeking a better unit that provides customers with a reliable app. Wish me luck.

Completely useless
This app is total junk. It does not even deserve 1 star. The process of connecting to the diffuser is convoluted. Even if by some random miracle you connect, be sure that the next time you run the app, it would not connect. Hire someone who can actually write a few lines of code instead of putting this garbage in the App Store.

App barely works
This app is beyond terrible. After getting it to connect the first time after trying to connect for around 10 minutes repeatedly, it no long will connect to the device to allow me to modify the schedule. When I click on the device it just disconnects it from the network and makes it say offline.
Not working
Full of glitches and when click on device, it disconnects it from network.
