First time I opened the App, it couldn’t identify my stadium. I was directed to the website, but there was no list of supported stadia.

Cool highlights and games

Downloaded at a baseball game. My daughter loves playing the games and seeing the animations. It helps her stay engaged with the game in an fun way. I thought the instant replay was cool. Crazy to see the home runs for the day and season and where they landed. Will definitely play with this again at the next game.

iPhone 12??

Maybe my phone is too old to get it to work. Keeps trying to connect. Oh well one day it might work

Hi. I'm sorry to hear about your problems connecting. iPhone 12 is definitely supported. The connection problem sounds like perhaps the stadium Wi-Fi or the cellular network was having problems at the game. We hope you give it a try again at the next game you attend. We've made a number of improvements to the app since you gave it a try.

Awful, data devouring failure

This app failed to work the first two times I tried it. On the third try it functioned, not that it seemed to do much even when it got up and running. But by far the worst problem is that this thing eats data like the Cookie Monster eats cookies. I went from the 90% warning to the “all gone” warning to the “your overage is gone too” warning in less than five minutes. Seriously consider avoiding this mess.

I'm sorry about the problems you encountered with our app. We released an update (v1.5.4) yesterday that provides a warning to users on cellular networks concerning the content downloading process, encouraging them to use the stadium Wi-Fi network for this process. I hope you'll give the app another chance at the next ballgame. We do appreciate you letting us know about the issue you encountered.
