App doesn’t work and high prices
The app doesn’t allow you to login after creating an account. Was able to use the website and the prices are $10-$15 higher than other no fee sites (TickPick). Don’t market that the buyer doesn’t pay service fees when you’re adding the fees into the overall price, scam.
Glitchy
Signed up for the app to get their discount code - the code never worked. Still like their site and business model so tried using the app. It freezes a lot. The most frustrating part is when you're in the transaction portion of your cart and it freezes, you lose your cart and those tickets get lost in the ether. I've lost my preferred tickets three times because of the app crashing.

A few quirks and truths
This app is the only one of all the ticket resellers that makes you login to use it. Prices do not adjust as quickly as the competition. Also fees are baked into pricing and seem to be equal to others.

The app is fantastic, easy to maneuver around and view events and tickets I am interested in purchasing.
User Friendly
This app is very user friendly in the sense that you simply search an event and it pops up quick. It puts the events that are near you up at the top, so I don’t have to scroll down to find the event date. They have such a wide selection of inventory at great prices! I appreciate knowing that what ticket price I’m looking at is what I’m going to pay at check out. The whole checkout process is step by step and makes for a smooth transaction. Overall great app!
