Not Great
I was surprised they even have an app because on the mobile web page it doesn't even offer to have you download the app like literally everything else does. I've used many different cinema apps and this one isn't all bad, it just jumps you to the webpage and doesn't connect your account directly to the app. I wish it would just show ALL the movies playing that day, because some of the "Coming Soon" movies have showing the night before they come out and it doesn't show the available times until you switch tabs. This just needs a little more tweaking to be user friendly.

User Unfriendly
Every time I use the App, I must re-sign in, and it takes multiple attempts. So frustrating.
Not a great app experience
I remember a version of this app you could see your backstage pass info and tickets in it. The current version doesn’t display this info and launches a browser to see it. You can’t even sign into the app.
App not user friendly
This is disappointing because I actually really like my particular location to the point I made the “switch” from AMC to B&B. I am however disappointed in the performance of the app. I constantly have to sign in anytime I’m switching between looking at diff movie availability. Somehow my points aren’t showing up for movies I have already seen. I really hope the developers realize soon enough their app is more than a little buggy. If it continues I may be inclined to go back to AMC

Can never see tickets purchased
Every ticket I purchase on the app, I am unable to view in the app. If I ever want to purchase additional seats in the same row I cannot verify what seats were already purchased. I have to track down the confirmation email and go to the theater to see this. As an avid movie-goer/cinephile this sucks. I can at least add to my phone’s digital wallet on their website.
