They need an exterminator. I have seen bugs 2 times I have been there & They need to add new games/attractions. They also need to hire better kitchen staff. Add a Dessert Bar or Salad bar.

Broken app
Nothing works I don't understand how it's usable to the people giving it positive ratings there is literally nothing good to say that everything about it just doesn't work and is broken. I can't even store my card info to pay for points. They don't even want my money. It's impossible to load the card.

I love main event, but the app is absolutely terrible.
Fix the name settings
Whenever I change my first and last name to the right place and I close my tab and reopen it, it doesn’t save.
Where’s the shoe size option?!?
The layout of the app is nice and all, but, like most users I’m getting a lot of errors. The one I’m most upset about is the “Server Error 400”.
Im just trying to swap my first and last name around and I get a pop up saying that “Shoe Size” cannot be empty.
Can you guys please fix this? It’s really bugging me not being able to change my profile.

Hi Joanna, you were right to call this out — and thank you for explaining exactly what happened. The "Shoe Size cannot be empty" message was a bug that could block profile edits even when you weren't touching that field. The good news: we've identified and fixed it, and the fix arrives in our next app update. After updating, swapping your first and last name (and any other profile changes) should work smoothly.
