App won’t load
The app won’t load at all. It just sits there no matter what I click on.
App needs work
The functionality of the app is outdated. It is not user friendly. We should be able to view our purchase tickets within the app opposed to going to our email. Almost everything in the app export you out to a web, these things we should be able to do in the app. I could go on about the things that could be done better. My recommendation is, whatever AMC did with their app, do the same!!!!

Not user friendly
I have the B&B app but when I go to buy movie tickets, it takes me to a completely different website where you make your purchase, which takes a while to get to the payment screen but when completed it does not take you back to the B&B app nor does the B&B app show your tickets that you just purchased.
Then you have to go to your email to make sure that you get your confirmation and that’s where you’ll see your QR Code for the ticket you just purchased.
Has to be one of the worst apps for purchasing movie tickets that I’ve come across. Sorry.

Tickets
There should be a place in the app where you can view tickets you have purchased. You should not have to go and search through your emails to find your tickets.
These 5 stars have to be fake
Like for real, has anyone who's reviewed this actually used this horrible excuse of an app? iPhone 17 pro and the app apparently likes to make it difficult to but tickets. Get logged into your account just so you can see what tickets are still open? Dumb. Oh, let me go back and select a different screen time to check their remaining seats. LOG IN AGAIN!!! Dumb. Let me check on those who tickets Just purchased. Oh cool, they NEVER show up! If I didn't get a confirmation email, I'd have no way to prove I night tickets. So. Dumb. Just like this app.dumb.

Horrible
I signed into my account and my tickets won’t show up that I purchased. It kept taking me to the internet. Wasted 30 minutes trying to buy tickets.
This app just makes it harder to buy tickets
If you go to the app to buy tickets, it will hold the seats for the next 15 min, but if something happens and your app closes (or you get called away) you can’t pick up where you left off. Instead, the tickets are still held for NO ONE since you can’t go back and buy them.
There is also a $3+ fee for buying tickets for the movie with B&B Theater’s OWN APP, which is not there if you go to the theater. It’s like they are punishing you for using their app. You may as well use fandango.
Finally, there is no way to check your earned reward points from the app.
Whoever created this is doing a disservice to B&B theaters. All things being equal, it’s easier to go see the same movie somewhere else.

What is the point of this app?
Anything you click just opens up a web browser. You can’t login, buy tickets, view tickets, or do anything. It’s literally just a medium to take you to their website. Any review above one star has to be fake. I’m honestly baffled why they’d even spend the money to “create” this app and then decide to release it.

Useless app
You can’t see you tickets or even logout.
Theatre is great. App is trash…
The app is useless. When you buy tickets it uses the website. You can never link your account, your purchases, or your rewards.
It’s always broken
More than half the time you can’t even book through the app. On top of that great “convenience” if it actually does work you pay them a fee.
It just doesn’t work. Complete failure

The app is useless. Tickets bought online wont populate in app and when you try to buy tickets in the app it takes you to the website. Can’t even see rewards anywhere. Website and app seem to have major issues in what should be happening. Not a resource for users.

No option to change my last name. No where on app to even review my information. On app, I click Profile and it takes me to a finicky website! Such a basic request made completely difficult.

You cannot redeem your points online, so I downloaded the app in hopes of being able to redeem my points. That is not possible. Also, for purchases and several other things in the app, it opens a browser. Both the app and the website desperately need improvements.

Says sent email to reset password but no email ever came.
Worthless app
Other than seeing what movies are playing this app is worthless! There is always a problem, doesn't retain log in info, locations are completely off, doesn't remember my select theater, shows locations that are nowhere near my location, check out needs to verify the movie and time I choose when checking out.

TERRIBLE APP
I love the theatre, but the app is a waste of space which could go to something more important. I’m not able to see my ticket purchases, I have a credit that I can never use because I have to hunt it down on the website and why should I do that if I have THE APP. It seriously needs to be overhauled if I’m going to pay a fee to order my tickets in advance at the very least the app can be FUNCTIONING.

Terrible App
I’d give it 0 stars if possible, website is even worse. How is it possible to have such a dysfunctional app in 2026?! Hire a new firm to make a functional product. I can’t manage my account, I can’t see my history, I can’t download tix, heck I can’t log in half the time.
Great theater but a lousy ticket reservation system
Whether using the app or web site, reserving seats and tickets is one of the most frustrating and futile experiences I have had online. I can select my seats, but when I go to select a ticket type for each seat, the drop down does not display any options. It seems strange to have this wonderful new theater but the company’s technology just sucks.
