App is always making me login and most of the time that fails. I really can only use if to check movie listings. I wish they’d fix it
Need to login every time
Does not retain session information. What’s the point of registering an account with the app if I need to login every single time I open the app. It is literally no more useful than just using the website.
Continued app issues
Even with the recent app refresh, most issues continue to plague this app. Constantly having to log back in any time you go from page to page is crazy. The app crashes all the time as well. It feels like someone just quickly changed the look without doing any backend improvements.
Won’t save to Apple wallet
This is ridiculous that you used to be able to save tickets to Apple wallet and after the update no matter how many time you tick save nothing happens. Also incredibly annoying that you have to re log in to just look at showtimes and availability every time you change a date, time or movie.
Poor stability
Can’t recommend the app, just use the website. I set my “favorite theaters” and then they disappear in the SAME MINUTE
