having to order via QR code in a dark theater during the movie is awful. when im watching a movie the last thing i wanna be doing is navigating this garbage app.
Need an app for a refund
What company makes you download an app to get a refund? If you bought as a guest it doesn’t even work. So how tf is someone supposed to get a refund?

Yall really don’t get what you have done.
You’ve permanently lost a customer.
Website requires you to download the app in order to get a refund, per their refund policy. Download app, unable to find tickets. No place to enter confirmation code to simply cancel the tickets. Come on, guys. I have the confirmation code. Thousands of other businesses have the technology to create a system to look up tickets via conf. code and manage/cancel. Do it. Regardless, it’s too late for me and my friends/family. We’re going elsewhere from now on.

Payment processing not working. Sometimes tapping buttons doesn’t work. Also the movie picker is not great. The 3 small lines at the top are hard to use.
