Consistently buggy
Use the app frequently as a Season Pass member, and there always seems to be an endless stream of technical difficulties. I haven’t been able to store a payment method in the app for more than a year at this point, often it doesn’t register my pass at all and frequent errors selecting seats, showtimes or logging into my account for no reason at all. A little quality control could go a long way!

Broken App
They updated the app three days ago, and now I cannot log in at all. I am able to log in on the computer but not on IPhone. Tried to log in on my wife’s phone but won’t log in there either. We had plans to see a movie with friends this weekend but you can’t use the season pass on the computer, and can’t log in on the app so we ended up going to the closer AMC. The theater has changed since the Sony acquisition and this app problem may be my last straw with them.

I am a Victory member but may cancel because the app doesn’t work anymore!
Can’t login mobile app
Changed my password multiple times and I still can’t login on the app even though I have no trouble logging in on the website and my MacBook
Horrendous
Stuck in an endless loop trying to log in. I’ve reset my password 5 times and I keep getting “Uh oh! An error occurred” over and over.
