How hard is it really to QA your app?
So many app design and engineering studios that’s a saturated market, and still you can’t get this app working correctly. Today I cannot even get a ticket for a movie with the “uh oh” notification with my season pass. It’s really unacceptable. Pay should be a doozy to add onto the experience. And even the season pass animation once at the theatre has the wrong font loaded on the card that makes the entire experience and quality just sub par. It’s really not hard. Do better.

Very Bad
The app itself is just so-so. Things could be improved, but that’s beside the point that the whole ordering system is spectacularly bad. I have yet to have an order fully work. On every occasion I had to find staff after waiting 45m+ and not getting something. Please change back to in person ordering!

Can’t buy tickets
Just spins and spins in the app and you’re not able to add any payment method to check out.
What Happened???
The app doesn’t work. What happened? Is there a new one or some other app then I don’t know about.

This app is horrible! Just trying to reserve my tickets and “Uh-Oh! Something went wrong!” Your app went wrong!
