Want to manage your subscription? Doesn’t work. The manage your subscription link just redirects back to the same page. Want to cancel to try get a different one? Forget about it. How about you click and confirm a bunch of times without any luck instead.
Want to give up and contact support for help? Get out of here. Who do you think you are? How about you click on the contact us link and then look at a page that tells you to download the same dumb app you’re already in.

Payment processing not working.
I was never able to pay for the tickets using this app. Alamo is not the same as it used to be.

Latest update ruined the app, deleting
App no longer works, can’t access subscription options, for example. Alamo was once great. How the mighty have fallen.
Uh Oh Glitch & More
I’ve done everything I can on my end and now Alamo tells me the Uh Oh pop-up glitch is their issue. How hard is it to get this app updated and working better?! I have the subscription but can’t use it. You can’t cancel just one ticket when you have a group like you can at AMC. You have to call and they don’t answer. I can’t get refunds for tickets I cancelled on time. I’ve had so many issue with using gift cards for food orders and I have to wait around after the movie for them to fix it. Do better!

Cannot login to account
Reset password and still won’t let me login but can login through browser fine.
Still Can’t Log In
You would think logging in would be the most basic tenet of any app manufacturers programming. Two updates in a row list big fixes, but you still CANNOT login. Completely ridiculous, a high schooler could fix this. Whoever is getting paid to program this app is robbing Alamo blind….

In-App Payments Still Broken
The app has been broken since before Sony bought the company, but now that Alamo is owned by a tech and software developer, there’s no excuse for some of the missing functionality in the app.
This has nothing to do with phone-based ordering or any other structural issue. Plenty of theaters struggle with the in-house experience.
This is just a review of the app. And if I am FORCED to attach my movie pass to a specific app and phone, I need to be able to pay for my movie fees in that app.

Used to be the best theater in town
App barely works. Errors all the time. Mobile ordering has been awful. Food has gone completely down hill.
Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for three days now after paying for all-in subscription. Customer support said latest update should fix it, but it’s still not working.

Can’t log into account, can’t purchase tickets, can’t access anything. Apparently there was a patch a week ago and as a new user this sucks. I hope they fix it soon, but as of right now don’t waste your time

I’d give this a half star if I could. On top of cutting staff, Alamo somehow can’t throw some of that money into making sure the app works. It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t use the Season Pass on my laptop

Buggy app
Doesn't show my ticket purches or history despited being bought in the app. Also does not seem to support their bizzare phone ordering system for food during the show. I am not going to use my phone during a show so I just order less!
