None of my info stored for ticket purchase and always glitchy. Been using for 5 years and not a single improvement!

Can’t manage tix
Just bought a ticket on the website. I logged into my Dplace account to purchase the ticket. However, the ticket does not show up in the app. If I can’t manage tickets in the app then what good is the app?
