Passwords don’t work
I create a password on the web and the password doesn’t work. Nor does the app even recognize my user id

i had an account when i purchased the tickets. get the app and now that account doesn’t exist? even though its the same email?? and now i can’t access the $700 tickets??? what a joke
Terrible UI
The app would not accept my password even though I know I’d entered it correctly, so I had to have it e-mail me a passcode. Plus why do I need two accounts? Total PITA
Terrible App
It doesn’t work. Wastes a lot of time and you don’t gain access to your tickets in the end. My email literally said “click on Access My Tickets” at the bottom of the page. No such words exist in the app or the website. Sad that they don’t pay someone who knows what they’re doing to make this work.
Crashes
App keeps crashing or not functioning…really terrible why can’t they just send a QR code via email?
