App does not work
Iβm trying to create an account and it does not recognize my bar code, or when I manually input the numbers. I have been trying to claim my points and get the app running; however, the app does not recognize me as a customer.
No apple wallet support
Downloaded to add my membership pass to Apple wallet as mentioned in app description, but there does not appear to be an option for this.

Switched phones wont let me login
Am rating this 1 star because i used to use this app everyday and since I changed phones it wonβt allow me to login. I asked the staff at the gym to update my email on file and when they do It says there is no account associated with this email. The app has a email saved that is not my email and will not allow me to reset pass. Staff extremely unsupportive.
