Refuse to update since 2025

I’ve messaged support about my frustration with the updates. Like the title says, I’ve refuse to update the mobile app since version 1.13.038. I only know the failures from coworkers updated apps.
1) Loss of basic metrics - selecting a single device no longer allows you to see EC, light, VWC, or temp. Only shows “Edit device”, signal, and battery percent.
2) Disorganized device order - grouped by room and not logical order by whatever numbers/carriages I label them. The app USED to do this.
3) Missing sensor status details - I could previously see whether devices were asleep, awake, dead, mainly need a reset (via “sensor status last communicated”). My sensors could currently not be reporting and for SOME reason the green check marks never change, leading me to believe the device is fine when it’s not. This makes trouble shooting super difficult with the over 350-400, I repeat 350-400 Teros sensors we have.
This app should be making this information more accessible, not stripping out features to simply update or make the app “cooler”. It’s completely disappointing and I’m genuinely irked. Not every update is for the best, guys. I can’t be the only person to ever point these things out.

Update

New update makes the app unbearable to use on iPhone

Update is terrible

The new update is absolutely horrible. Please put it back the way it was

Update is absolutely unusable.

Fix your app please. I’ve wasted $500 on my SOLUS since I can’t even login to this dumb app anymore.

Know what’s going on at all facilities

I can check on all my facilities remotely and make sure things are looking good from states away. Amazing! Also their customer support and agronomist support have been invaluable in my success
