Bluetooth midi connection doesn’t work

I have a Bluetooth midi keyboard Yamaha portable grand DGX-670 but when I try to make it connect to my phone it’s connected but the app doesn’t recognize it

Response from developer

Hi Rinkyus, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion. The Yamaha DGX‑670’s built-in Bluetooth supports audio only and doesn’t transmit MIDI notes. This is why your iPhone can show the piano as connected while Arpevio cannot detect the keys you play. To use your DGX‑670 with Arpevio, please connect it through the piano’s USB TO HOST port or use a compatible Bluetooth MIDI adapter such as the Yamaha UD‑BT01. You can find more information in Yamaha’s documentation: https://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/pianos/p_series/dgx-670/features.html https://manual.yamaha.com/mi/common/iphone_ipad_connect/en/iphone_ipad_connect_en_om_j0_005.html If you’re already using a USB cable or MIDI adapter and still experiencing this issue, please contact us at support.arpevio@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to help you get connected.
