Don’t bother
If this app worked for the majority of time & allowed you to utilise your time practicing the piano rather than troubleshooting it would be worth more than the one star I gave it.
However, the app seems to constantly run into issues where it just does not work as expected, AND what’s more important than this is the support, which is practically non-existent; so whenever you report something you never hear back. Used to email a person directly too (Josh) before for help but shouldn’t have to do that because it might not be their job and even he seems to have stop replying to emails..So save your time & money and go another route as this app, as it stands isn’t it.

Bad, I would use simply piano it’s much better. Never seen a piano app worse.
This made me cry, trash app, not good. And I thought this would make me better at the piano it made worse. I would give 0 stars if I could.
