This app is so cool
The only reason I think it’s cool is because it helps me with my piano practice
Sound recognition lacking
I don’t have a midi keyboard. I really like the methods and paths, but using a real piano to practice, the app really struggles to recognize notes in a full chord. It’s terrible with the “flash cards” and there doesn’t appear to be any PRACTICAL workaround which prevents one from advancing to the next lesson. It’s very frustrating. Probably not worth the subscription unless you have a midi compatible device :-(

The best way to learn piano - especially if you have a teacher who uses Piano Marvel
I've been using Piano Marvel since it came out, and it's improved by leaps and bounds since then. Now I teach using the app and I can't imagine trying to teach "the old fashioned way" without my students having immediate feedback and personalized reports. Genuinely a game-changer.

Excellent App for all levels of Piano Players
I absolutely love this app. This makes playing piano just so much fun. Even sight reading is enjoyable and gives you instant feedback. Thousands of scores of music broken down into lessons, practice then play. It keeps your playing accurate and honest. For the peace of about two months of lessons, it gives you a years worth of a world of music at all levels. I’ve been playing for many years and this has totally rekindled my love of playing. Highly recommended.!

Time out error
Hello Piano Marvel team,
I’m a subscribed user and I genuinely enjoy using Piano Marvel .it’s been a great part of my practice routine. But lately the app has become almost unusable for me due to constant timeouts and extremely slow loading. Screens load endlessly, and sessions often end in a connection error before I can even begin.
To rule out a problem on my side: I’m based in South Korea and use a 5G connection. I’ve also tested on a separate personal 5G hotspot, and both are fast and reliable with every other app and website I use. Piano Marvel is the only app affected, which points to a server-side or regional issue.
Could you please look into whether there are server or connectivity problems affecting users in Korea or the wider Asia region? I’m happy to share my account details, device info, or screenshots to help you investigate.

Good but buggy on iPad Air
Loop times out playing in practice mode and doesn’t correctly support portrait mode. Only landscape. iPad Air 13 m4

Forced to make an account before prices are shown
There is no option to test without making an account, or see prices without making an account and giving them your info. I just want to buy an app, not subscribe, but I can’t tell if that’s possible or see how the app works. A sample song for free would be good. I don’t want a subscription.

Good tool
Too fast paced
My college uses this to teach our music majors piano. I am literally the best at it in my class. Yet it is still WAY too fast paced to be of any help. The sight-reading goes from I can do this in my sleep straight to a piano major would struggle with this. It would help a lot if you could get sight-reading pieces from the same difficulty repeatedly instead of the increasing difficulty. Also the practice music is extremely unfriendly to read. It would be so much better if you had the option to read it sheet style instead of it going across the screen. These changes would not be hard to implement and would make the app go from completely unusable to just overpriced.
