About
Labor is intense enough. Arrival Time keeps the timing part simple: one big button, a clear picture of your pattern, and an honest estimate of when your baby might arrive — all on your phone, and only on your phone.
ONE TAP, NOTHING ELSE
Press when a contraction starts, press when it ends. Big buttons, bold text, and a dark, calm design made for the moment when nobody wants to fiddle with an app.
YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL WINDOW
As contractions come closer together, Arrival Time turns your pattern into an estimated arrival window. It starts as a rough range and tightens as labor progresses — like a flight's arrival time, it's an estimate that updates, not a promise.
SEE WHERE YOU ARE
A phase view estimates whether you're in early labor, active labor, or transition, based on the rhythm of your contractions. Charts show how the length of each contraction and the interval between them are trending, so you can see the pattern build instead of guessing.
THE 5-1-1 ALERT
Many providers suggest heading in when contractions are 5 minutes apart, 1 minute long, for 1 hour. Pick the rule your provider recommends — 5-1-1, 4-1-1, or 3-1-1 — and Arrival Time notifies you the moment your pattern meets it.
ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
A Live Activity shows the running timer and your current phase without unlocking your phone, and you can start or stop a contraction right from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island.
A LOG YOU CAN HAND TO YOUR MIDWIFE
Every contraction is recorded with its length and spacing, alongside hourly stats. Export the whole log as a CSV file to share with your midwife, doula, or doctor.
PRACTICE BEFORE THE BIG DAY
Not in labor yet? Watch a built-in labor simulation to see exactly how the app behaves when contractions begin, and take the guided tour so the real day holds no surprises.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. No cloud. Your data never leaves your phone — you can export it or erase it anytime. We never see it, because there is nothing to see it with: the app doesn't even connect to the internet.
A NOTE ON WHAT THIS APP IS
Arrival Time is an informational tool, not a medical device. Its estimates are based only on the timing of your contractions and can be wrong — every labor is different. It does not measure dilation or replace medical judgment. If something feels off, or your provider told you to come in under different conditions, always follow their advice, not the app.
