Awesome company
The people at my local branches are always smiling and very informative when asked questions.

One happy (customer)
I have not been with any other bank since I’ve started with AKA Saratoga National, fabulous business ethics, fabulous employees!
Arrow Bank
I love this bank. So personable. If you call the branch they answer AND KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!
That is gone for the most part in other areas. Very kind, helpful in every way

Apple
It would be nice to add debit card to apple wallet like we could with previous bank.
Don’t do business with if you are smart
Paid off my loan with the last of my set monthly income they said I was all set then took a extra payment out of my account putting me in a hole and forcing a 36 dollar overdraft fee when called them they said they cannot send the extra payment back to my bank and make things right with the forced overdraft fee instead I have to wait a week for them to send me a check just for the payment they took and weren’t supposed to and I’m stuck with all the recurring overdraft fees till I get my money next month because them returning just my payment won’t cover how much I’m gonna be charged till I finally get the check in the mail that they won’t send out for a week and I will be lucky to get in two weeks. Thanks for screwing me over for the holidays!!

Awful
The transition from Sat Nat is terrible. No alerts despite them being set, late and inaccurate alerts; just all around bad…
Taking money out of my account
I have a student account and they didn’t tell me that there was a $3 dollar statement fee so I won’t be using the bank again
Gf bank app
Great app, easy to use!!
ALS
What happened to the Widget? Disappeared after IOS 18.
Notifications
Is there a way that I can stop repetitive notifications on the app?
Terrible update!
I hate the latest update! It won't show dollar amounts on the same line anymore. You had one job for crying out loud!
Only works like 1/3rd of the time
App is a pain to do most things in, and half the time nothing works.
RFW
Ery easy to use and all my banking needs are there and simple to find.
Good, but not excellent
The Glens Falls National Bank app is a very good app, but comparing it to my other bank apps, it is a little less user-friendly, and does not reflect real time activity. They definitely have improved the app, and perhaps it is not the shortfall of the app, but the actual bank and the speed of which deposits and debits are reflected on your account, but either way, it’s a decent app, but compared to other banking apps it does fall a little short in my opinion

Check capture
The check capture/check deposit feature of this app is very unpredictable. I use an IPhone 12 Pro Max and it has a very nice camera, but I end up having to take 10 pictures before the app decides it has an acceptable photo.
Very frustrating to say the least….
