Paid off my loan with the last of my set monthly income they said I was all set then took a extra payment out of my account putting me in a hole and forcing a 36 dollar overdraft fee when called them they said they cannot send the extra payment back to my bank and make things right with the forced overdraft fee instead I have to wait a week for them to send me a check just for the payment they took and weren’t supposed to and I’m stuck with all the recurring overdraft fees till I get my money next month because them returning just my payment won’t cover how much I’m gonna be charged till I finally get the check in the mail that they won’t send out for a week and I will be lucky to get in two weeks. Thanks for screwing me over for the holidays!!

I hate the latest update! It won't show dollar amounts on the same line anymore. You had one job for crying out loud!

Good, but not excellent
The Glens Falls National Bank app is a very good app, but comparing it to my other bank apps, it is a little less user-friendly, and does not reflect real time activity. They definitely have improved the app, and perhaps it is not the shortfall of the app, but the actual bank and the speed of which deposits and debits are reflected on your account, but either way, it’s a decent app, but compared to other banking apps it does fall a little short in my opinion

Check capture
The check capture/check deposit feature of this app is very unpredictable. I use an IPhone 12 Pro Max and it has a very nice camera, but I end up having to take 10 pictures before the app decides it has an acceptable photo.

Big letdown
The app really tends to fail you when you really need it and work flawlessly when you don’t. If you use this app, you’re well aware of the constant “application errors” where you can’t view your balance or load anything to make changes. Also as other have stated another common issue is incorrect balances. Any purchase notifications are days late. I could go on
