Annoying
In 4 months the app has had me “Remember your device” 77 times now, it’s every time I open it, even after deleting re-downloading, updating, and verifying credentials. When I call and ask about it they just say to deal with it. Highly annoying and time consuming.
So slow
It updates and doesn’t remember my device or account and it takes way to long for it to open and move from window to window.
I love this bank
I’ve been a member for almost 30 years and I can’t say enough good things about HRCCU. The bank itself is amazing, they’ve given me home equity loans on a house other banks wouldn’t, which helped me be able to update and create a beautiful home. The app has made my banking experience even better. I’m able to deposit check from my app, transfer money into different accounts, and just generally keep on top of all my finances from my phone. To hell with big banks- support your local credit union!
