This app is awful and glitches constantly on a brand new iphone 17
Lock Out
I have to continuously reset the password just to log in. Then, every time I log in with the new password it locks me out again. Very frustrating.
Application crashes every day
I appreciate the effort but releasing an app that freezes and fails when transferring money is unacceptable. This is a constant issue. Since I can’t rely on this banking application, I will be transferring my money somewhere else.
Consistently Unreliable
Consistency unreliable and slow. The old app was wonderful. I had used it for years without a glitch. New features being added to this app such as a useless “are you a human” checkbox that errors out half of the time, app loading in to different account overview screens, transfers not successfully going through. This app makes me fearful to do any online backing anymore.

Love this app!
I love the new app! It’s loaded with way more features than the old app was, and it’s faster and more reliable! I love how my cards are in the app, and monitoring my credit score, and the real time notifications! Depositing a check on the go is a breeze!! Thank you ACU for the new app!!
