Amazing!!!
The immersive experience on Vision Pro is spectacular, like being there but without the crowds! Easy to navigate on iPhone and iPad, like having the world’s art in my pocket! I love this app!
Incredible use for Vision Pro
I absolutely love going to art museums, and this app with Vision Pro allows me to see things I would never get a chance to see otherwise. Sure there are old favorites that I have been lucky enough to see in person, like the Mona Lisa, but there are so many others that I never even knew existed. I strongly recommend trying out the subscription. I expect I will be revisiting often. The inclusion of temporary galleries from lesser known artists is especially exciting. It is truly incredible that we live in a time where a virtual museum of this quality is possible.

My favorite app!
My new evening routine is to pick a museum playlist from Apple Music and then explore the five different rooms they have. When the app first came out, there was only one room now there are five rooms in each one is uniquely beautiful with different art pieces from different eras. With the right music it’s very emotional and feels like you’re in your own private museum showing. I look forward to them creating more rooms and adding more decorative props to keep me immersed. I am still blown away by how detailed the paintings are when I get really close and put my hands up to compare sizes. This is going to be the common future.

Navigation feels off

Causes severe vertigo/nausea
The idea is great, just need to get the movements right. It’s too fast/difficult to control. I’m not prone to vertigo/motion sickness easily, but this is another. Needs to be fixed.

Zoom out does not seem to work. Would be pay a fee, but not a subscription.

The app doesn’t let you tour the museum. It drags you around it at a motion, sickness pace.. You can’t zoom in or look closely at the pictures and there’s no way to reverse.
It has some promise, but is far from ready for prime time.
I hope they continue and update the app in the future.

Beautiful art, active developers(updated from 2 to 4 stars, new description)
My initial review was very negative because there wasn’t any way to be in control of your change in position other than starting the animation which you could not pause. It was very nauseating. I left a review, and the devs responded. They care about making this app work for people and sharing art and that makes me feel much better. Keep up the good work. I think if you can keep iterating on the movement and can move the art more than the user’s view, or give a gesture to control your movement speed that this will feel even better. I’m glad my feedback was taken in stride as it was meant to be constructive. Great work improving your app and can’t wait for improvements and full release!

Great idea. Love where it’s going.
I love where this is going. The immersive view in a gallery makes for a great presentation. Unfortunately, the forced navigation is a problem. Rather than being slid around to the right with the only option to being to stop, I would rather be able to navigate myself around the gallery, perhaps by just clicking on a painting in the distance. It would be even better if I could then zoom in/out as if I were walking close or further away. If the navigation changes, this will make for an excellent art gallery experience.

Not the same as seeing it live.
I have been fortunate to have actually seen some of these artworks. When you see them in person after seeing infinite photos/recreations etc, you kinda go “Oh! I get it!” You are not going to have that reaction to these very flat, blah representations in this app. The images are no better than a photograph in a physical book. And a physical art book is still easier to look through.

Beautiful art, Makes you feel nauseous. Hoping for movement overhaul
As beautiful as the art is, the system of having your position be moved in the space at any point in an experience creates a discrepancy between the intention of the user and what is happening to them. That discrepancy creates intense feelings of nausea and motion sickness in VR in general. one solution might be to institute a method for the user to teleport to a point of their choosing by looking and tapping, another way would be too move the art instead of the user. I’ve seen some responses to reviews where they are being told they should read the tips and that they can stop at anytime by tapping. That however, ignores the fundamental issue with this app: there should be no point where a user loses specific and direct control over their movement. Anything else is just nauseating, especially for the many Vision Pro owners who are new to VR/spatial computing and are more prone to motion sickness to begin with.

Great first release looking forward to seeing more.
Amazing first release. This has always been one of my dream applications for VR. I hope the developers will consider combining art in small groups on a wall the same way that Dr. Albert Barnes did in Philadelphia. It is a great way to learn about art. It could be awesome for users to be able to compose their own small groups of artwork and share them.

It’s a VR museum and not a particularly good one
Promising, but not there yet
Beautifully rendered art. A beautiful space, but I felt nausea almost immediately when the system move me around.

A good idea but bad for VR
The app immediately uses forced movement inside an immersive, VR space, which basically guarantees nausea for most users. If it instead, let the user explore freely or jumped from exhibit to exhibit, it would be a much more comfortable experience.
