Membership Not accessible
This app seemed interesting to me due to the fact that I can learn about our history in different paintings. However, when I’ve got the membership, I wasn’t aware that my membership was starting. My card was charged in March for membership that claimed to have began at the end of the December. So I’ll re-download the app to begin the membership and it never adapted to the to the account. So inherently I pay for something I don’t have access to. And every time I reached out even sending the app information over to. Nothing changed and I sent that information over twice. I tried to get a refund and due to the timing of it, I wasn’t able to receive that. However, I was okay with the membership but the fact I just paid $30 and have no access to this service is ridiculous.

This app is already great and has a lot of potential. There are a few things that could really improve it.
I wish you could
-see the name of the artist and the artwork after you guess.
-specify which artists you want to focus on.
-double tap to zoom in on the picture.
-star ones to get tested on more often
-guess which time period/style artwork is from
-app usage streaks
-have the option to view facts/info about the art after you guess
-get a hint to help guess
-an idk option

Charged Immediately Despite Free Trial
The app advertised a free trial, but I was charged immediately instead. After canceling the subscription, I ended up with no active subscription and no refund. This feels misleading and unfair. I would like my money back, as the trial offer was not honored.
