Membership Not accessible
This app seemed interesting to me due to the fact that I can learn about our history in different paintings. However, when I’ve got the membership, I wasn’t aware that my membership was starting. My card was charged in March for membership that claimed to have began at the end of the December. So I’ll re-download the app to begin the membership and it never adapted to the to the account. So inherently I pay for something I don’t have access to. And every time I reached out even sending the app information over to. Nothing changed and I sent that information over twice. I tried to get a refund and due to the timing of it, I wasn’t able to receive that. However, I was okay with the membership but the fact I just paid $30 and have no access to this service is ridiculous.

This app is already great and has a lot of potential. There are a few things that could really improve it.
I wish you could
-see the name of the artist and the artwork after you guess.
-specify which artists you want to focus on.
-double tap to zoom in on the picture.
-star ones to get tested on more often
-guess which time period/style artwork is from
-app usage streaks
-have the option to view facts/info about the art after you guess
-get a hint to help guess
-an idk option

Charged Immediately Despite Free Trial
The app advertised a free trial, but I was charged immediately instead. After canceling the subscription, I ended up with no active subscription and no refund. This feels misleading and unfair. I would like my money back, as the trial offer was not honored.

This is really just a quiz platform so if you’re starting from zero knowledge about our history, it will not teach you anything!

C’est une application intéressante pour apprendre les bases mais il y a trop d artiste identique mais écrit de manière différente et je trouve que cela perturbe trop.
Il faudrait que les noms soit en majuscule.

Je viens juste de télécharger l’application, on a une mise en contexte au début avec un quizz de tableau. Ça aurait été mieux si on avait l’histoire des différents courants, les caractéristiques et les artistes. Quelques clés pour vite reconnaître les courants ou le travail des artistes.

Но вас, как собачку, натренируют сопоставлять картину и имя художника. У-ля-ля, ни в коем случае не тратьте на это деньги! Лучше пребывать в блаженном незнании, чем пытаться сойти за умника.

Doesn’t teach anything - memory test. And a three day trial is ridiculous. Wouldn’t have kept this, but now stuck with a year subscription.

I love this app so much i sound like a paid sponsor
The app is formatting like a duolingo language learning course, which i enjoy. This app is beautiful. for the lack of ads and with how much you can do without premium just really shows how much this app cares about people learning art as opposed to profit. Truly in it for the love of the game. I’m an AP art history student so i will be using this a ton to study, and it makes me really happy to see apps like these, esp ones that don’t force a membership down your throat

Interesante y gráfica
Me gusta mucho la estética y como funciona, no le doy las 5 estrellas porque pienso que podría complementarse con fragmentos de historia en las lecciones. La aplicación es ideal para aprender a diferenciar los autores más famosos y como eran sus obras pero aunque se de manera únicamente informática estaría bien incorporar el contexto histórico del momento, explicar las técnicas e influencias y si se va ampliando la aplicación poco a poco gracias a los contribuidores ir acompañándola de movimientos arquitectónicos y escultura. Muy recomendable para memorizar cuadros y autores.

Cannot cancel during trial period
Misleading free trial with no in-app cancellation. The app directs you to Apple Subscriptions where it doesn’t appear. I emailed customer support to cancel and received no response.
